The SPECIAL Monte Castelo line is made up of 100% Arabica coffee, peeled cherry, with a score up to 74 / 77 above on the SCAA scale. The variation of the beans at the time of roasting allows the beans to be explored in different ways, extracting unique characteristics from each one.
